I’m Evan Elman — a chef, entrepreneur, and results driven consultant. Over the past 20 years, I’ve cooked and led teams everywhere from Michelin-recognized restaurants to cruise ships in Antarctica, and I’ve built hospitality businesses across Vancouver and beyond.
Now living on the Sunshine Coast with my family, I see a massive opportunity: our community deserves restaurants that people are genuinely excited about — places locals are proud of and visitors can’t stop talking about.
